The 73rd Plenary of the International Skydiving Commission   

It's a wrap!   Another ISC Plenary completed..... and one day early!    The Swedish Parachuting Association and Airsports Sweden were hosts to this year's 73rd Plenary of the International Skydiving Commission Annual Plenary Meeting in the beautiful southern city of Malmo, Sweden.   Thank you to Elisabet Mikaelsson, and her assistants, Gunlog Edren, Ulf Tingnert, and Zeljko (Zippo) Prajz, for organizing a very successful event.   The Scandic Triangeln Hotel was the perfect venue, set in a central, accessible location, with functional meeting rooms and dining facilities. 

The members of the Extended Bureau (Committee Chairs and Bureau members) met on January 24th, and on January 25th and 26th the Open Meetings were held.   On the Friday, the Danish Parachuting Association provided a guided tour of the historic city of Copenhagen, only a short train ride away.    On January 28th, Delegates, Alternate Delegates and Official Observers from 27 Countries (and 8 proxies) attended the Plenary Meeting.   

After two+ years of lockdowns, on-line and hybrid meetings, and travel chaos, it was refreshing to finaly have a face to face meeting.    The ISC would like to thank all who attended and participated in this all important event, and give a warm welcome to Jim Rees from the USA as the newest member of the ISC Bureau.   Minutes of the meeting and accompanying documents will be posted shortly on the ISC Website.
